You can slice the segments which you have originally marked using a knife or ripper. You can now add one part of the perforation at the face of the curtain and then overturn the curtain to rest the other half of the eyelet. When you crack both sides of the drape perforation, use a stilted board and a mallet. Hit the grommet sections lightly until it snaps mutually. Fasten the residual piece of the grommet on the face of the curtain and you have completed creating your own grommet curtain.
